One of my married friend stays at waterford and I have visited the property several times. It's a fabulous property, safe, well maintained and very close to mall, bus stop, baptist hospital, brown park! Highly recommended. Also Mallard crossing and Cypress pointe apt's are close by and highly recommended too!
