We are moving out of city and  we still have lease on the apartment until September of this year.
A 2bd/2bath 1st floor apartment at Park Laureate near Stoney brook is available to lease from June 26th onwards for 3 months and can be extended after that 3 months if needed. 
Students/ bachelors who stay and maintain the apartment in good condition are welcome to look the house.
