I plan on defending my Ph.D. in early January. I am looking for someone to sublet my room at the Clubhouse apartment. It's a 2 bed 2 bath apartment with a common living room and kitchen. The room would be available between mid and end of January (dates flexible). It's across the street from the Belknap campus with a swimming pool and gym facilities. The rent is $690 with water and internet included (negotiable). There is free car parking as well.
