Hi, I am looking for some advice on getting a Power of Attorney done here for my Father in India to buy a property on my behalf. I recently checked Indian Consulate website and it says they dont accept the mail in anymore so I need to go there in person.                                                                          
If anbosy has done it recently, 
My question here is- Do I really need to go in person or they do accept mail in? Can I go to Chicago Consulate or it has to be Washington DC as KY falls under DC consulate?
