Im here in Louisville visiting....my husband and I are planning to move here in the net few months...Louisville is my hometown and since I have been gone the Indian population has increased significantly...in louisville the schools are overall pretty good but nothing in comparison to the area you currently reside in...There are quite a few Indian restaurants here, a couple of Indian markets, they show Indian movies here at our local theater ...we also have a Hindu temple and Sikh temple here...I must admit we are moving from Texas and the Indians there are much nicer and friendlier...Here the Indians are ...well let me say very proud people...you find a lot of doctors and computer engineers here...overall Louisville is a nice place to raise a family...medium in size...the area that most of the Indians live in is located in eastern jefferson county which is an overall safe place for u n ur family...i hope this helps :)...i strongly recommend that you visit first before making such a move

This is very good place to settle down. Its not a very big city but there are lot of indians living in here .I personally like this place. Even schools are good. And every place has its own good and bad things. Different people will have different opinion. 
I would say you will love it.
