Hi I'm new to Louisville, kindly let me know which service is good for the indian channels, except Dish as in our apartment installation of Dish is not allowed.Thanks.

You can DIshIPTV which I have taken. IT runs on internet so no need for any installation. they will give you set top box which will connect to your internet. Service is somehow Ok. I tried watchindia.tv also but all are same. you can pick up which package you need.
