I am looking for an apartment in this area for an immediate move.  what of the following is best for desis: Shadow ridge ? or la fonteny?  Tried Hurstsborne grand and plainview, both are waitlisted until late august...

We have 1 BHK, 1.5 bath available in Hurstbourne Grand right now. Rent is $350 for 3 people including utility. We are 2 people staying in now.
