As i am moving out of KY, i am looking to transfer my
remaining 6 months (Lease valid till Sep 2013) lease to
whoever in need.

Rent : $440. Utilities (water, Electricity etc) are
separate. This is a single story (ground floor) unit.
Located at Winthrop Court Apts. (pet friendly).
