I have a 2 BHK Flat at https://www.flatsatspringhurst.com/  which is available at reduced rate for 1.5 months(June 1st to July 15th) and there onwards it will be regular rate that is advertised in the website. Also if someone would like to rent it for just 1.5 months are welcome to do it.
For 1.5 months rate is @1464/month + Utilities
There onwards rate is @1604/month + Utilities
