It is a 1bedroom/1bath apartment at the Cardinal Village Apartments on 2nd street. Heat, water and trash removal is included. Rent would be $545.
Laundry room is in the building but not free. The apartment has air-conditioning, dishwasher.
I will be moving out August 3rd latest. The person can take over the lease if they want after August 31st. The apartment is perfect for graduate, undergraduate and faculty professionals. Its less than a mile from the belknap campus. Anybody interested please feel free to contact me.
